CCMUN 2025’s Specialized Agency will be Nouvelle-France in Crossroads.

Our committee on the Colonization of Quebec will transport delegates to a pivotal moment in North American history, where the interests of Indigenous nations, French settlers, and British forces collide.

This bilingual committee will delve into the rising tensions shaping the region as alliances shift, cultures clash, and the future of Quebec hangs in the balance.

Delegates will work to develop frameworks and policies to address these challenges while navigating the complexities of negotiation, diplomacy, and historical realities. Compromise may be the only path forward—if it is even possible. 

Notre comité sur la colonisation du Québec transportera les délégués à un moment charnière de l’histoire nord-américaine, où les intérêts des nations autochtones, des colons français et des forces britanniques s’entrechoquent.

Ce comité bilingue explorera les tensions grandissantes qui façonnent la région, alors que les alliances changent, les cultures s’affrontent et que l’avenir du Québec reste incertain.

Les délégués travailleront à élaborer des cadres et des politiques pour relever ces défis tout en naviguant dans les complexités de la négociation, de la diplomatie et des réalités historiques. Le compromis pourrait être la seule voie possible — si tant est qu’il soit envisageable.
